Monthly Members
If you are a member of a monthly product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time. You are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within 2 business days of the request.
Cancelled members may request to receive a refund, less any shipping and handling fees (if applicable), of charges made within 30 days of requesting cancellation. Charges outside of that 30 day window, are not eligible for refund.
Annual Memberships
Annual Memberships may be cancelled at any time, however cancellations are only eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original billing date.
